Our contribution
We developed the wireframes and application flows, connected credit-check and payment providers, and built the customer application and administration portal. A three-step credit check combined identity verification, an ID-number credit check, and affordability checks from uploaded statements; OTP-secured access and an automated support chat completed the journey.
The result
Development followed the design phase and the platform went live as a working micro-loan product with recurring users.
