## The context

Bluebird first maintained the group’s second-generation system. As its use grew it showed serious cracks, with day-to-day workflows split between slow software and manual, spreadsheet-based processes. After about a year and a half we made the case to rebuild it from the ground up.

## Our contribution

We worked through the operational requirements with stakeholders, then rebuilt the system around permissions, requisitions, orders, deliveries, and exports to accounting. The work covered the application, data model, and cloud infrastructure.

## The result

The resulting platform became a central operational system, supporting contributors and subcontractors across the group, with software shaped around the way its construction and logistics teams actually work.
