## GetStarted

**Case:** 05

**Sector:** Banking & payments

**Scope:** Product design · Web development · Payment integration · Admin portal

Technology

React · Node.js

## The context

GetStarted came to Bluebird with an idea for a zero-interest micro-loan platform. It needed a clear application journey and the systems to operate it.

## Our contribution

We developed the wireframes and application flows, connected credit-check and payment providers, and built the customer application and administration portal. A three-step credit check combined identity verification, an ID-number credit check, and affordability checks from uploaded statements; OTP-secured access and an automated support chat completed the journey.

## The result

Development followed the design phase and the platform went live as a working micro-loan product with recurring users.
