## The context

EllieMD needed a technology platform that could grow with its telehealth business. CJ joined as CTO through Bluebird, bringing engineering and commercial decisions into the same conversation.

## Our contribution

The work spanned eCommerce, the patient portal, reporting, subscriptions and payments, pharmacy integrations, and AI reporting. Platform decisions were made alongside the people responsible for the business.

## The result

From 2024 to 2026, the business grew from its early stages to more than $10M in monthly recurring revenue, over $100M annualised. The CTO engagement has concluded; Bluebird’s engineering relationship continues. References for the engagement are available on request.
